Join us for a gourmet –interactive fresh pasta class conducted by Executive Chef Michael Erlik. Welcome drinks & fine canapés will be served upon arrival, while going over the recipes.
A demonstration of making the fresh dough and using the pasta machine will be followed by “hands on” experience, working in groups, creating the various shapes & fillings. During the class we will cut, chop and cook our wonderful gourmet sauces using the finest import produce. Once preparation is done, it’s time to relax, and cook our various pastas “Al Dente” , ready to be served at our chef`s table .
